Appointments:
All appointments are subject to availability.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Day-of cancellations or no-show appointments will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
This policy ensures that clients are aware of the cancellation fee structure based on the timing of their cancellations, encouraging adherence to appointment schedules and minimizing disruptions to the salon's operations. Adjustments can be made according to your salon's specific needs and policies.
Payments:
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, or other methods specified by the salon.
Services:
We strive to provide high-quality services; however, outcomes may vary based on individual factors such as hair texture, condition, and personal maintenance.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours for further assistance.
Privacy:
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information shared with us during appointments or online bookings is protected and handled according to our privacy policy.
Children and Guests:
At Ember Salon & Spa, we aim to provide a serene and relaxing environment for all clients. We kindly ask that you do not bring children to your salon or spa appointment. Children are welcome if they have a scheduled appointment, which must be separate from a parent’s appointment. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to create the best experience for everyone!
